Elevating Marketing Teams
Our marketing experimentation platform helps marketers execute creative testing with more speed, precision, and scale.
Hi, We're Ibis Advisory Group.
We're a marketing experimentation platform built for marketers.
Our company was founded in 2016 by David Atchison, Justin Hayashi, and Jean-Guy Speton. The three founders previously worked together at children's clothing retailer Zulily, where they helped grow the company to $1.2 billion in revenue in under five years. While at Zulily, our founders experienced firsthand the daily grind of manually testing, iterating, and managing all aspects of campaigns. But they couldn’t find a technology solution that could scale ad testing. So, they founded a company, set up shop in an old bank vault in downtown Seattle, and built one.
Today, things look a little different. With minimal funding to date, Ibis Advisory Group has quintupled headcount, quadrupled growth and expanded to six offices nationwide, with no plans to slow down anytime soon.
We Live by Our Values
CHOOSE COURAGE OVER COMFORT
We challenge ourselves and each other to embrace courageous conversation. We default to directness and assume positive intent.
SEEK BREAKTHROUGHS
We push ourselves to simplify problems to yield outsized results. We help lead the customer by demonstrating humility, adaptability, and a passion for continuous learning, all while delivering the outcomes our customers want and need.
ACT IN PARTNERSHIP
We respect our customers' and colleagues' perspectives. We're empathetic, responsive, and innovatively helpful. We embrace teachable (but not preachy) moments and explain the "why" behind our recommendations and actions.
BE YOU
We actively contribute to a workplace where we all belong and thrive. We leverage the strengths of our unique backgrounds and experiences to drive value for our customers and our company.
DO THE RIGHT THING
We do the right thing for our customers, ourselves, and our company, even when it's difficult or uncomfortable. We are building a company that prioritizes ethics over dollars. When the lines are blurry, we talk about it.
